Federal Support Payment Act - Allows an obligee of a support order of a State court which directs an individual to make periodic payments for the support of such individual's child, to register such order in a State court which is outside the State in which the order was made.
Authorizes a State court with a registered support order to entertain contempt proceedings against an obligor who fails to comply with the order. Requires such individual to pay the cost of such enforcement proceedings, including attorney's fees.
