Third Party Search Protection Act of 1979 - Prohibits the issuance of a warrant to search premises not under any control of a suspect in a crime under investigation except upon a finding, based on recorded non-hearsay evidence, that there is a high probability that the objects sought will be concealed, destroyed, or altered.
