A bill to prohibit any act or threat of violence in a labor dispute and any conspiracy to accomplish such act or threat and to impose criminal and civil penalties therefor.
Crimes in Labor Disputes Act of 1977 - Makes unlawful any act of violence, threat of violence, or conspiracy to accomplish such act in a labor dispute by any person or organization. Establishes a maximum penalty of $10,000 and/or five years imprisonment.
