A bill to amend title 18, United States Code, to provide a penalty for armed Robbery of controlled substances from federally registered manufacturers, distributors, and dispensers of such substances.

Imposes maximum criminal penalties of 25 years imprisonment and/or a $10,000 fine for anyone committing armed robbery of any controlled substance from a person possessing such substance pursuant to the registration provisions of the Controlled Substances Act.
