A bill to amend the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 to eliminate the reduction of railroad retirement annuities by amounts payable as social security benefits in cases of persons who had current connections with the railroad industry, had at least 5 years of service, had attained the age of 65, and had not yet retired, as of the effective date of such Act.

Amends the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 to eliminate the reduction of railroad retirement annuities by amounts payable as social security benefits in the case of an individual who, as of January 1, 1975: (1) had a current connection with the railroad industry; (2) had not less than five years of service; (3) had attained the age of 65; and (4) had not retired from the service of their last employer.
