A bill to amend section 2504(b) of title 44 to extend for five years the authorization of appropriations for the National Historical Publications and Records Commission.

Authorizes appropriations for fiscal years 1980 through 1984 to the General Services Administration for: (1) the National Historical Publications Commission; and (2) making funds available to Federal, State, and local agencies and to nonprofit organizations for the collection, preservation, and publication of documentary sources significant to the history of the United States.
