A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to repeal provisions which impose certain restrictions on enlisted members of the Armed Forces and on the members of military bands.

Repeals certain restrictions on military personnel relating to outside civilian employment and remuneration for members of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force bands for off-base performances.
