Increases from $16,000,000 to $38,000,000 the appropriation authorized for the Temporary Commission on Financial Oversight of the District of Columbia half of which shall be from funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and half of which shall be from funds in the Treasury to the credit of the District of Columbia.
