A bill to amend section 1331(c) of title 10, United States Code, to allow certain otherwise ineligible reservists to become eligible for retired pay, and for other purposes.

Entitles specified members of the armed forces reserves to retired pay if such an individual performed active duty service after August 13, 1961, and before May 31, 1963, after August 4, 1964, and before March 28, 1973.
