A bill to amend the Food Stamp Act of 1977 to increase the amount of the standard deduction in the case of those recipient households which contain a member of age 65 or older.

Amends the Food Stamp Act of 1977 to increase from $60 to $100 the amount of the standard deduction from household income in the case of recipient households which contain a member age 65 or older.
