A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code to authorize certain additional training for nurses employed in the Department of Medicine and Surgery of the Veterans' Administration, and for other purposes.

Authorizes the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to pay for the training of nurses employed by the Veterans' Administration (VA) Department of Medicine and Surgery who are pursuing an academic degree in nursing.

Requires an individual receiving such VA assistance to agree to service with the VA after such training, and to be liable for the expense of such training in the event of breaching such agreement.
