A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to construct hydro-electric powerplants at various existing water projects, and for other purposes.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to construct hydroelectric powerplants at specified locations. Stipulates that the power generated by such facilities shall be delivered to the Secretary of Energy for distribution and marketing in accordance with existing law and policy.

Authorizes appropriations in specified amounts for the construction of each facility under this Act. Authorizes appropriations in such amounts as may be required by the Secretary of Energy to interconnect such facilities.
