A bill to amend title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 to provide for a National Student Financial Assistance Data Bank.

Amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to establish in the Office of Education a National Student Financial Assistance Data Bank to assist students by identifying sources of public and private financial aid at institutions of higher education.

Directs the Commissioner of Education through such Data Bank to collect all available financial aid information and to provide such information free to an individual upon request.

Requires an individual requesting such information to submit an application to the Commissioner.
