A bill to expand the boundaries of the Pennsylvania Avenue National Historic Site to include certain historic buildings (including the Albee-Keith Theater Building, the National Metropolitan Bank Building, Rhodes Tavern, and the Old Ebbitt Grill) located along the ceremonial parade route between the White House and the Capitol.

Expands the boundaries of the Pennsylvania Avenue National Historic Site to include the following historic buildings located along the ceremonial parade route between the White House and the Capitol: (1) Albee-Keith Theater Building; (2) the National Metropolitan Bank Building; (3) Rhodes Tavern; and (4) the Old Ebbitt Grill.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire lands deemed necessary to assure the preservation of structures within such boundaries.
