A bill to amend title 39 of the United States Code to provide reduced rates for certain mail matter sent by the United States Olympic Committee, its affiliated organizations, and the Lake Placid Olympic Committee.

Entitles (1) the United States Olympic Committee (USOC), (2) any person or organization affiliated with the USOC when mailing matter solely relating to Olympic games or amateur athletics, and (3) the Lake Placid Olympic Committee when mailing matter solely relating to the 1980 winter Olympics, to use reduced postage rates currently provided for mail matter of qualified nonprofit organizations.
