A bill to amend section 122(i)(2) of the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act to provide for certain waivers where necessary to carry out the purposes of that section.

Amends the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973 (CETA) to authorize the Secretary of Labor to waive certain wage standards for CETA public service employees, to an extent not to exceed 25 percent of the wage rate which would otherwise apply, under specified conditions.
