A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code in order to liberalize the eligibility for benefits under chapter 42 of such title (relating to employment and training of disabled and Vietnam era veterans).

Removes the requirement that a disabled veteran must have at least a 30 percent disability rating to be eligible for employment and training benefits.

Removes the requirement that a Vietnam era veteran must apply within 48 months from being discharged or released to be eligible for such benefits.
