A bill to suspend the duties on certain bicycle parts and accessories until the close of June 30, 1983.

Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to extend the duty-free entry of bicycle lights and parts until June 30, 1983. Revises the list of bicycle parts eligible for duty-free entry.
