A bill to require contractors of departments and agencies of the United States engaged in the production of motion picture films to pay prevailing wages.

Requires motion picture production or processing contractors of United States agencies to pay wages and fringe benefits which the Secretary of Labor determines to be prevailing for the locality involved or which are agreed upon through collective bargaining.
