A bill to amend the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 to assure that surviving parents receive benefits that are not less than those analogous surviving parents receive under the Social Security Act.

Amends the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 to stipulate that benefits payable to a parent of a deceased railroad employee under such Act shall be no less than those that the individual would have received under the Social Security Act if the service of the employee had been covered under such Act.
