A bill to amend the Trade Act of 1974 to require the International Trade Commission to examine and report on the probable impact on domestic retail prices of remedies recommended by the Commission pursuant to import relief investigations.

Amends the Trade Act of 1974 to require the International Trade Commission, upon finding that an increase in customs duties is necessary to provide relief from import competition, to examine the impact of such increase on domestic retail prices and to report to the President.
