Internal Revenue Administration Act - Establishes the Internal Revenue Administration as an independent agency in the executive branch of the Federal Government for the purpose of administering and enforcing the Internal Revenue Code.
Prescribes the terms and conditions of office for the Administrator of the Internal Revenue Administration. Transfers all present functions, instructions, rules, or regulations which were promulgated or administered by the Secretary of the Treasury or his delegate with respect to the enforcement of the Internal Revenue Code, to the Internal Revenue Administration.
