A bill to amend the National Labor Relations Act to make it an unfair labor practice to discharge an employee because he testifies before any committee of the Congress, and for other purposes.

Amends the National Labor Relations Act to make it an unfair labor practice for any employer to discharge or otherwise discriminate against an employee because such employee has given testimony before any congressional committee (including standing, special, select, or joint committees) or in any proceeding before any Federal agency or department.
