A bill to authorize grants under the Safe Drinking Water Act to public water systems to clean and update waterlines for purposes of meeting requirements under such Act, and for other purposes.

Amends the Public Health Service Act by authorizing the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to make grants under the Safe Drinking Water Act to public water systems to clean and update water supply lines.

Sets limits on the amount granted to each recipient and priorities on allotments of sums appropriated.
