A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to allow individuals a refundable tax credit for health insurance premiums.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow a refundable income tax credit for health insurance premiums paid for the medical care of the taxpayer or his dependents during the taxable year. Limits the amount of such credit to $750.
