A bill to amend the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 to reduce the minimum age requirements for retirement to age 55 in certain cases, to make corresponding changes in the age requirements for spouses' benefits, and to make the new requirements apply to all spouses' annuities without regard to the date the relevant employees retired.
