A bill to amend the Federal Reserve Act and the Federal Deposit Insurance Act to extend the two-year prohibition on employment of bank regulators by insured banks and member banks to include bank holding companies.

Amends the Federal Reserve Act and the Federal Deposit Insurance Act to prohibit members of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from holding any position in a bank holding company during their terms in office and for two years thereafter.
