Requires the United States to make a lump sum payment of $50,000 to the survivors of any Federal fire fighter or law enforcement officer killed in the line of duty.
Includes special policemen and Federal protective officers employed by the General Services Administration as law enforcement officers for purposes of: (1) determining civil service annuities; and (2) the protection of Federal officers.
