A bill to provide for the appointment of a Special Prosecutor when Members of Congress are accused of serious federal offenses.

Amends title VI of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 to apply to Members of Congress the current provision requiring the Attorney General to conduct an investigation upon receipt of information that certain Government officials have committed a non-petty Federal criminal offense.
