A bill to amend the National Labor Relations Act to exclude illegal aliens from coverage under the Act.

Amends the National Labor Relations Act to exclude from the definition of "employee" for the purposes of such Act any alien who is not lawfully admitted for permanent residence or who has not been authorized by the Attorney General to accept employment.
