A bill to provide that no relocation payments made under the Uniform Relocation Assistance Act shall be paid to persons who are unlawfully present in the United States.

Amends the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 to prohibit payments to be made under such Act to persons unlawfully in the United States.
