A bill to amend chapter 44 of title 18 of the United States Code to penalize the use of a cutting or stabbing weapon in the commission of a felony, and to increase the penalties for the use of firearms in the commission of a felony.

Requires that anyone using or carrying a firearm, or a cutting or stabbing weapon, during the commission of any felony prosecutable in Federal court shall, in addition to the punishment provided for such crime, be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of not less than two nor more than ten years.

Requires in the case of a second or subsequent conviction the imposition of a term of imprisonment of not less than five nor more than 25 years. Stipulates that in such case the sentence: (1) may not be suspended; (2) may not include probation; and (3) may not run concurrently.
