A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to provide for an increase in the benefits payable for certain home improvements and structural alterations which are necessary or appropriate for the home health care of certain veterans with service-connected disabilities, and for an addition to the types of improvements and alterations for which those benefits are payable.
