A bill to amend the Public Buildings Act of 1959 relating to leased space.

Amends the Public Buildings Act of 1959 to require approval by the Senate Committee on the Environment and Public Works and the House Committee on Public Works and Transportation before: (1) leasing space in a building at a rate in excess of $500,000; or (2) altering leased premises which involves more than $250,000 worth of alterations.
