A bill to amend the Public Buildings Act of 1959, as amended.

Amends the Public Buildings Act of 1959 to require approval by the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works and House Committee on Public Works and Transportation before acquiring a public building by exchange of property worth more than $500,000.
