Limits the right to receive by distribution or descent any interest in trust or restricted land within the boundaries of the Standing Rock Indian Reservation in North and South Dakota to the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe of North and South Dakota, or persons who are: (1) enrolled members of the tribe; (2) members of a federally-recognized Indian tribe; or (3) recognized as Indians by the Secretary of the Interior or the tribe.
Establishes an order of succession for those interests not devised by an approved will, including the rights of a non-Indian surviving spouse of an Indian decedent.
