A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that any individual who is over age sixty-five at the time of application for benefits thereunder may (if otherwise qualified) be paid such benefits from the month in which he or she attained that age.

Amends title II (Old-Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to permit retroactive payment (to the month in which an individual attains age 65) of old age insurance benefits to individuals who are over age 65 at the time of application for such benefits.
