A bill to provide for the induction of individuals, during the period beginning July 1, 1979, and ending June 30, 1981, for training and service in the Armed Forces.

Stipulates that on or after July 1, 1979, individuals may be inducted pursuant to the Military Selective Service Act for training and service in the Armed forces.

Amends the Military Selective Service Act to authorize inductment into the armed forces until June 30, 1981.
