A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to remove the limitation on the percentage of members of the Senior Reserve Officers' Training Corps program appointed in any year as cadets or midshipmen for participation in the financial assistance program who may be appointed from the two-year Senior Reserve Officers' Training Corps course.
