A bill to revise and extend the Renegotiation Act of 1951.
Renegotiation Extension Act of 1979 - Amends the Renegotiation Act of 1951 to make performance under government contracts prior to March 31, 1981, subject to renegotiation.
Stipulates that beginning with fiscal year 1978 the aggregate amounts received or accrued by a contractor or subcontractor must be at least $3,000,000 in order for such contracts or subcontracts to be renegotiated.
