A bill to amend the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 with respect to the terms of office of officers of local labor organizations.

Amends the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 to require every local labor organization to elect its officers not less often than once every five years, rather than once every three years.
