A bill to amend the McCarran-Ferguson Act to clarify the applicability of the Clayton Act and the Federal Trade Commission Act to agreements to, or acts of boycott, coercion, or intimidation.

Amends the McCarran-Ferguson Act to declare that the present exemption of the insurance industry from the antitrust laws shall not apply to any act or agreement to boycott, coerce, or intimidate.
