A bill to amend the McCarran-Ferguson Act to remove the present exemption from certain Federal laws which would otherwise relate to regulating the business of insurance.

Amends the McCarran-Ferguson Act to remove the present exemption from the antitrust laws for the business of insurance. Reaffirms and continues the existing policy of State taxation of the business of insurance.
