Student Freedom of Choice Act - Amends the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by prohibiting any department, agency, officer, or employee of the United States from using the withholding of Federal funds to coerce changes in the racial distribution of teachers or students within a school system when a freedom of choice system, as defined by this Act, is used for the assignment of students.
Prohibits Federal courts from requiring school boards to make changes in the racial distribution of teachers or students when students are assigned in conformity with such a system.
