A bill to amend section 304 of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 with respect to waiver of certain quarterly reports filed with the Federal Election Commission.

Amends the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to allow the waiver of quarterly reports of receipts and expenditures by political committees and candidates filed with the Federal Election Commission if the filing date for such reports occurs within ten days before or 30 days after an election (previously within ten days of an election).
