Amends title II (Old-Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) and title XVI (Supplemental Security Income) (SSI) of the Social Security Act to provide: (1) that in the case of a child who has attained the age of 18, is entitled to child's insurance benefits under title II, and who marries an individual receiving benefits under title XVI, such child's entitlement to benefits under title II shall not be terminated by reason of such marriage; and (2) that OASDI benefits shall be excluded in determining the income of the child's spouse for purposes of determining SSI eligibility.
