A bill to amend parts B and E of title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 to provide for deferral of repayment on insured and direct student loans during temporary total disability of a borrower or spouse.

Amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to provide for a deferral of up to three years on the repayment of principal or interest of a federally insured or direct student loan during a period of temporary total disability of the student borrower or spouse.
