A bill to amend title 28 of the United States Code to provide that the courts of the United States shall have jurisdiction to review decisions of the Administrator of Veteran's Affairs.

Establishes Federal court jurisdiction to review decisions of the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs on any question of law or fact under any law administered by the Veterans' Administration providing benefits for veterans and their survivors.
