A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to eliminate racketeering in the sale and distribution of cigarettes, and for other purposes.

Establishes a maximum penalty of a $10,000 fine and/or two years imprisonment for anyone who: (1) ships, transports, receives, or possesses contraband cigarettes; or (2) knowingly makes false statements with respect to recordkeeping required by this Act.

Subjects to seizure and forfeiture contraband cigarettes and vessels, vehicles, or aircraft used to transport, conceal, or facilitate the transportation of such cigarettes.
