Establishes a maximum penalty of a $10,000 fine and/or two years imprisonment for anyone who: (1) ships, transports, receives, or possesses contraband cigarettes; or (2) knowingly makes false statements with respect to recordkeeping required by this Act.
Subjects to seizure and forfeiture contraband cigarettes and vessels, vehicles, or aircraft used to transport, conceal, or facilitate the transportation of such cigarettes.
