A bill to provide that the Sound View Park and the Pugsley Creek Park, both located in the city of New York, shall become part of the Gateway National Recreation Area.

Revises the boundaries of the Gateway National Recreation in the States of New York and New Jersey to include Sound View Park and the Pugsley Creek Park, both located in the City of New York.
